This EzBoard is intended to be used for discussing training for, and competition in, strongman contests.Obviously, related discussion like how to train in the gym, whether/what grip training to do, and proper nutrition are in line with that. What we DO NOT want is a bunch of teenagers arguing about who is stronger. And PLEASE do not post your gym lifts and ask would I be a good strongman? If you do not see the stupidity in that yourself, you would be smart to go elsewhere.
